My Story

Hi I'm Esme, a self-taught illustrator living in London.

Originating from the picturesque landscapes of Albania, my artistic journey began at a young age when my innate creativity first bloomed. Throughout my life, I've been drawn to creative pursuits and the joy of crafting with my own hands. At the age of eight, my family embarked on a journey to Italy in search of a better life, temporarily shifting my focus towards scientific studies. However, my passion for art never faded.

Fast forward two decades, and I found myself in the diverse and inspiring city of London. Here, I realised that I could bring my creative visions to life. In 2020, I took a bold step and launched my first line of illustrated products right from my living room. La Petite Pomme was born! Although my business remains modest in scale, I am the driving force behind it all, wearing multiple hats – from designer and creator to photographer and marketer.

In 2023, I became a mother to a beautiful little girl, who has since become a great source of inspiration for my work.
